Second Draft of Work of Fiction

A friend of mine told me once that he and his buddies had an epic Friday night. I asked him what happened and he told me that they were in a bar with a fellow classmate Irene. First of all before I continue I would like to put it out there that my friend John likes to lie a lot. Sometimes I think it might be his God given talent to lie. So yeah he told me once that Irene was drinking and one of his buddies too. I asked him how did you end up in that position and he could not respond back. I always new my friends like to experiment with alcohol and drugs. So when he told me that they were drinking and all I was not that happy. I mean they were getting wasted on a Friday night and right now I am thinking how could they get booze in the first place. I did not tell this to John but I asked, "So what happened then?" He began to smile and said, "We were all wasted Irene was hit the hardest and so she began to go crazy!" Wow I thought what you think would happen, but again I refrained from asking him that question. So I found out that Irene eventually passed out and everyone was going to ditch her in that bar. John said he had stayed in the bar until Irene could feel better. I am glad that John was able to stay and help out Irene. Eventually, he said she was feeling good enough and he called her a cab to drive her home. He felt really uncomfortable letting Irene go into the cab in that state. He told her to call him when she got home. She did and everything was fine. The next day he said she was so embarrassed that she avoided him for some time.  She apologized eventually and this incident was forgotten.

A Work of Fiction

"Dude is she awake?" I asked my friend John. "Bro I have no idea" he replied. The situation I was in was not the best and I would never have dreamed of this happening to me. I asked myself why me? John and Charlie were somewhat unhappy with these circumstances but we could not do anything. A classmate of ours was drunk and faith brought us to her. We met up with her in a mall and then decide to chill with her. Somehow we ended up inside a bar near the mall. She began drinking and so did Charlie. John and I were against drinking and just sat in a corner while Charlie and the girl drank. I wanted to leave but Charlie was my ride home. Soon John left because his mom told him to go home and boy how I wanted to leave with him. When he left the crazy stuff happened. Charlie was sober but the girl went crazy. She started to run inside the bar and that made people around us angry. We did not know what to do and eventually made her go to the bathroom and wash her face with cold water. When she came back we called in a taxi so she could go home. It was a really rough night and then the next day we met her at school. She was embarrassed and apologized for what had happened. She agreed and said bye.
